1: Abnormal cooling system
Check whether the cooling water supply is normal (e.g. whether the sluice is fully open)
Check whether the water pressure is sufficient (the water supply and return pipe shall have a pressure difference of 0.3 ~ 1MPa)
Check whether the water pump flow matches the required flow
Check whether the pipe is blocked (e.g. whether the filter cooler or water pipe is blocked)
Check whether the cooling water temperature is too high (e.g. whether the cooling water tower is insufficient, damaged or the temperature is too high)
2: High heat generated by hydraulic system
The hydraulic pump may be damaged, and the internal parts of the pump may be worn, resulting in high heat when rotating at high speed
The pressure is improperly adjusted, and the hydraulic system is overheated due to long-term high pressure
Internal leakage of hydraulic components, such as damaged directional valve or sealing ring, will generate heat when high-pressure oil flows through a small space
